Can I get help with setting up and troubleshooting equipment?

Absolutely. Once your equipment is shipped, we’ll be notified and our Customer Service team will contact you to assist with activating your pre-programmed equipment. Activation typically takes 2 to 10 minutes, depending on the type and number of devices. Our equipment is plug-and-play, but you can also reach out to our tech support team, whose contact information will be included in your package.

When can I expect deposits into my bank account?

One of our standout features is same-day deposits. Process $10,000 today, and you'll receive $10,000 by the evening. While some industries may not qualify for same-day funding, you’ll never wait more than 24-48 hours for your deposits.

What’s the difference between our Zero Fee and Traditional plans?

Unlike other processors that require 36-month contracts, we offer an early termination fee option. When you're done with the equipment, simply send it back—no strings attached on all free placement devices.

Can I switch pricing plans later?

Yes, you can switch pricing plans at any time. If you start with the Zero Fee plan and later decide you’d prefer to cover transaction fees yourself, or if you want to move from the traditional plan to our dual pricing option, the choice is yours.

Is there a credit check to sign up?

We never conduct a hard credit check, so your credit score won’t be affected. We only perform a soft check to verify your identity and banking details to ensure we know where to deposit your funds.
